Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our mobile application, MyTaskboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or store within the App ("Content"). You retain all rights to your Content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this Content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (ii) harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users; (iii) interfering with the proper working of the App.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyTaskboard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Valencia, Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
